Manga Chammanthi / Mango Chutney


Ingredients:
  • Green mango pieces  - 1 cup (peeled, sliced)
  • Green chillies  - 5 nos
  • Small onion  - 2 nos
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch
  • Coconut - 1 cup (shredded)
  • Salt - to taste

Method:

  1. Grind all the ingredients together in a mixie jar.
  2. If the  mangoes are not sour enough add 1 tsp of  lemon juice while grinding or you can add some vinegar either.
  3. No need to season it.  Serve with rice, thoran and curd/yogurt.
